Refund policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn’t work out and want to make sure the return is as painless as possible.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please do so within 7 days from the arrival date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.

Naturally, we cannot take returns on used products but we will accept exchanges on used products. All returns should be mailed to:
